I just wanted to take a minute and say THANK YOU for every action that the Pony Express Warehouse teams took in assisting us during our time of shut down due to the 2019 flood and mandatory evacuations.
Each of your efforts were beyond what words I can even try and come up with to describe each and every action you put into place so that we could have a delivery point for our OTR materials. Never once did I receive any hesitation, nor was I told that a load would not be accepted. When your Lower Lake location was evacuated, you were able to provide a secondary food grade location on Oak Street for these deliveries. Even with packaging materials that normally do not deliver to your location, you accepted on a temporary basis to assist our every need.
Without these efforts and actions that Pony Express Warehouse teams provided, NPPC could have been placed into a situation that could have halted production until those items could have been redelivered to our facility. I am EXTREMELY grateful for all that you do!!
