Congratulations! You successfully registered and logged in for training!
- Now that you’re logged in you will see your employee dashboard with training courses assigned and completed training courses.
- At any time a course is not finished click on the status to see current completed quizzes for general progress. Currently all courses will be started and completed within 10min of starting.
- Once completed the dashboard will show completed, if you must leave while in the middle of any training course once you return to the dashboard click on the course name to continue training.
- While in the dashboard take note of the menu links to other warehouse forms and information.
Specific Training Directions:
- Select the course name showing as assigned or in progress.
- Once redirected to the training course select continue.
- Through each lesson/quiz you will see a “Complete” button, “next and prev” button.
- You may advance and go back to any training lesson/quiz at any time.
- For your training to be complete after each lesson you must click “Complete”
- For your training to be complete after each quiz you must click “Finish Quiz”
- For your training to be complete after signing you must select “Finish Course”
- Once the course is complete you will be redirected to your dashboard where the course should now display a total score and “Completed” as it’s status. Click anywhere on the record to see your quiz results.
- Once the course is finished a certificate will print out at a CSR’s printer, please turn that into your manager for completion and filing at the main office.
